1. 개요

TWO POINT(이하 "본 확장 프로그램")는 사용자가 입력하거나 선택한 두 지점(출발지·도착지) 사이의 거리와 이동 시간(자동차·대중교통)을 계산해 보여주는 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다. 본 확장 프로그램은 사용자를 식별하는 개인정보를 수집·저장하지 않으며, 광고·추적·분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 처리하는 정보

본 확장 프로그램은 길찾기 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 일시적으로 처리합니다.

사용자가 입력창에 입력하거나, 웹페이지에서 선택(우클릭/툴바)한 주소·장소명 텍스트
위 텍스트로부터 변환된 좌표(위도·경도)
사용자의 입력 방식 설정값(우클릭 메뉴 / 플로팅 툴바)

이 정보들은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인을 식별하는 정보와 연결되지 않습니다.

3. 정보의 이용 및 전송

입력·선택한 주소/좌표는 길찾기 결과를 계산하기 위해 운영자가 관리하는 중계 서버(프록시)를 거쳐 아래 제3자 API로 실시간 전송됩니다.
- 카카오(Kakao): 주소·장소 검색, 자동차 경로
- ODsay: 대중교통 경로
중계 서버(Cloudflare Workers 기반)는 요청을 전달하는 역할만 하며, 요청·응답 내용을 저장하거나 캐싱하지 않습니다.
본 확장 프로그램은 위 목적 외에 정보를 이용하지 않으며, 제3자에게 판매·임대하지 않습니다.

4. 정보의 저장 및 보관

입력 방식 설정값과 직전에 선택한 출발지/도착지 텍스트는 사용자 브라우저 내부 저장소 (chrome.storage.local)에만 저장됩니다.
선택한 출발지/도착지 텍스트는 사이드패널이 읽어 처리한 뒤 즉시 삭제됩니다.
운영자 측 서버에는 어떤 사용자 데이터도 저장되지 않습니다.

5. 권한 사용 목적

storage: 설정값 및 임시 출발지/도착지 저장
contextMenus: 선택 텍스트를 우클릭 메뉴로 출발지/도착지 설정
scripting + <all_urls>(선택적): 사용자가 "플로팅 툴바" 방식을 직접 선택한 경우에만, 동의 후 페이지에 버튼 UI를 표시하기 위해 사용. 기본 설치 시에는 요청하지 않습니다.
sidePanel: 결과 화면(사이드패널) 표시
호스트 권한(중계 서버 도메인): 길찾기 API 호출

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 확장 프로그램은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Overview

TWO POINT ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that calculates and displays the distance and travel time (by car and public transit) between two points (origin and destination) entered or selected by the user. The Extension does not collect or store personally identifiable information and does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics tools.

2. Information We Process

To provide route-finding, the Extension temporarily processes:

Address / place-name text the user types or selects (via right-click menu or toolbar)
Coordinates (latitude/longitude) derived from that text
The user's input-mode preference (context menu / floating toolbar)

This information is not linked to any personal identifier such as name, email, or phone number.

3. Use and Transmission

Addresses/coordinates are sent in real time through a relay server (proxy) operated by the developer to the following third-party APIs to compute results:
- Kakao — address/place search, car route
- ODsay — public transit route
The relay server (built on Cloudflare Workers) only forwards requests and does not store or cache request or response content.
The Extension does not use the information for any other purpose and does not sell or rent it.

4. Storage and Retention

The input-mode preference and the most recently selected origin/destination text are stored only in the browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local).
Selected origin/destination text is removed immediately after the side panel reads it.
No user data is stored on the developer's servers.

5. Permission Usage

storage: store preferences and temporary origin/destination
contextMenus: set selected text as origin/destination via right-click
scripting + <all_urls> (optional): used only if the user explicitly chooses the "floating toolbar" mode and grants permission, to show button UI on pages. Not requested on default install.
sidePanel: display the result panel
Host permission (relay domain): call route-finding APIs
